They are not a guarantee of results and are not professional, financial, or legal advice.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and for any changes you make to your account.
Always sense-check advice against your own judgement.
You are responsible for the documents and information you upload.
By uploading content, you warrant that:
you have the right to provide it to us; and
where it contains personal information about other people — for example customer lists, contacts, or CRM exports — you have the authority and any necessary consent to share it with us and to have it processed, including by Anthropic and possibly overseas, for the purpose of your audit.
Upload guidance: only upload what is useful for the audit.
Do not upload sensitive information you do not need to share, and prefer aggregated or de-identified data over raw personal records.
Do not upload anything you are not authorised to share.
You authorise a read-only connection to your Google Ads account and may disconnect it at any time.
On disconnect, we revoke and delete the stored access token.
Account Advisor starts with a 28-day free trial that requires a card up front and converts to A$50 per week per connected ad account at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
Billing is handled by Stripe.
You can cancel at any time from the billing settings.
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other customers’ data, or attempt to manipulate or attack the AI audit.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not liable for ad spend or business outcomes resulting from decisions you make.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach.
On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
