How a rebuilt Google Ads and Facebook Ads strategy helped Strength Sanctuary reduce lead costs, improve lead quality and grow its membership base by 165 members.

Strength Sanctuary needed a more reliable and scalable way to generate qualified leads for its group fitness, gym membership and recovery centre services. Before engaging Web Lifter, the business was spending up to $900 per month on Facebook advertising but generating only three to four good-quality leads. The goal was to improve lead quality, create more accurate campaign tracking and build a paid advertising system capable of supporting sustained membership growth.
Since taking over Strength Sanctuary’s Google Ads and Facebook Ads in April 2025, the business has added 165 members and reached a record membership level of 405 members in mid-July 2026. The rebuilt campaigns now generate leads at an average cost of approximately $35 across all paid advertising channels. Strength Sanctuary’s sales team is converting these opportunities into approximately eight to 15 sales per week across group fitness programs, gym memberships and recovery centre services.

We rebuilt the campaigns, moved lead capture from native ad forms to the Strength Sanctuary website, improved conversion tracking and audience lists, and launched remarketing across Facebook and Google.
The new approach produced more qualified enquiries and gave the team clearer data to optimise campaign performance.
