Create or join an organisation
Everything in Web Lifter Cloud lives inside an organisation — the workspace that owns your connected ad accounts, business profile, goals, audits, recommendations and members.
Creating an organisation
When you first sign in you are prompted to create an organisation. Give it your business name; you become its owner. You can belong to more than one organisation (for example an agency managing several clients) and switch between them from the organisation switcher at the top of the sidebar.
Joining an existing organisation
If a colleague has already created the organisation, ask an owner to invite you from Settings → Members. You will receive an invitation; accepting it adds you as a member with the role they chose. See Roles & access at a glance.
What to do next
A new organisation is empty until you:
- Connect a data source — start with Google Ads.
- Describe the business — fill in the business profile.
- Set goals and KPI targets so audits can be graded against what you actually care about.
