A ranked backlog tells you what matters; the Roadmap helps you decide when. It turns the recommendation list into a sequenced plan.

What it is for

• Sequencing — order work so dependencies and quick wins are respected (fix measurement before optimising bidding, for example).
• Planning — group recommendations into a timeline you can commit to and share.
• Focus — agree the next block of work rather than reacting to the whole backlog at once.

How to use it

Pull the top recommendations from the backlog into a sensible order, mindful that some fixes unblock others. Use the roadmap to align your team and to set expectations with stakeholders in Reports.
