Where to view, change or cancel your subscription, and what happens to your data if you cancel.
Managing your subscription
Owners manage everything billing-related from Settings → Billing.
What you can do
- View your current plan, pricing and connected-account count.
- Update payment details (handled securely by Stripe).
- Cancel at any time.
What access depends on
Your access to the platform is governed by an active trial or subscription. When the trial ends or the subscription lapses, access to the paid features ends.
If you cancel
- Billing stops at the end of the current period.
- Your business data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of cancellation.
- A disconnected account''s access token is revoked and deleted immediately.
