While your account is active
Your synced data, profile, goals, audits and documents are retained so the platform can analyse trends and build on prior audits.
Deleting things yourself
- Documents — you can delete uploaded documents at any time.
- Disconnecting a source — revokes and deletes that source''s stored access token immediately.
When you cancel
- Your business data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days of cancellation.
- Some billing records may be retained where law requires.
