How your data is used
Web Lifter Cloud is built around strict per-organisation isolation and a read-only relationship with your ad account. This page summarises the essentials; your organisation''s privacy policy is the authoritative source.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in Supabase in Sydney, Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest. Third-party OAuth tokens are kept in an encrypted vault. Per-organisation isolation means one organisation can never access another''s data.
AI processing
Audits are generated using Anthropic''s Claude. To produce an audit, your business profile, goals/KPIs, relevant document text and synced ad data are sent to Anthropic for processing, which may occur outside Australia. Training on your data is disabled — Anthropic does not use it to train models.
Read-only by default
The Google Ads connection is read-only for analysis. AdLift does not change or spend on your account on its own; applying a change is always an explicit action you take via Write-back.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. If you cancel, business data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, and a disconnected account''s token is revoked and deleted immediately. See Data deletion & retention and the Privacy & consent settings.
