Conversion tracking
Audit which conversion actions are active, which are biddable, and whether tracking is clean enough to trust.
Conversion tracking
Conversion tracking is the foundation of measurement health. This check audits your conversion actions and how they are counted.
What it checks
- Active vs removed actions — only live conversion actions count toward the analysis.
- Biddable conversions — whether an action is included in the "Conversions" metric that bidding optimises toward (the include-in-conversions setting), as distinct from being a primary goal.
- Counting and value settings — how each action counts and values conversions.
- Tracking status — actions that are misconfigured, recording no conversions, or double-counting.
Why the distinction matters
An action can be a goal without being biddable, and vice versa. Getting this wrong quietly distorts smart bidding. The check separates these so you can see exactly what your bidding is optimising for.
How to use it
Resolve flagged actions before trusting performance numbers. A clean conversion set is what lets the rest of the audit — bidding, budgets, ROAS — be believed. This check is the gate that can block an audit when tracking is too broken to analyse.
