Add teammates to your organisation and choose the role they get.
Inviting members
Owners add teammates from Settings → Members.
How to invite
- Go to Settings → Members (owners only).
- Invite the person by email.
- Choose their role — owner or member (see Roles explained).
- They accept the invitation and join the organisation.
Choosing the right role
- Give member to analysts and stakeholders who work with audits, recommendations and reports.
- Give owner only to people who need to manage connections, billing, privacy or other members.
Agencies and multiple organisations
A person can belong to several organisations and switch between them. This is how an agency manages multiple clients from one login while keeping each client''s data isolated.
