Measurement health overview
The measurement-health score is the trust chain for every other number — what it measures and why it comes first.
Measurement health overview
If your conversions are mistracked, every downstream number is wrong — bidding, ROAS, recommendations, all of it. Diagnose → Measurement Health scores the trust chain so you know whether to believe the rest of the account.
What it measures
The measurement-health score combines several checks:
- Conversion tracking — are the right conversions active and counted?
- Attribution models & windows — how credit is assigned.
- Offline-conversion readiness — are real outcomes flowing back?
- GA4 discrepancy — does Analytics agree with Ads?
Why it comes first
Audits check measurement before anything else. If the score is low enough, the audit will say so up front and may even return a blocked verdict — because confident advice on bad data is worse than no advice. Fix measurement, then trust the numbers.
How to use it
Open the deep-dive for each check, fix what is flagged, and re-run an audit. A rising measurement-health score across audits is one of the clearest signs the account is getting healthier.
