What it looks for
- Underperforming campaigns — high spend, low return relative to your KPI targets.
- Budget starvation vs waste — campaigns capped below their potential, or spending without converting.
- Cannibalisation — campaigns competing against each other for the same queries.
- Missing coverage — campaign types you are not running that your goals suggest you should.
How to use it
Start with the biggest spend. For each flagged campaign, read the reasoning, then follow the linked recommendation — pause, consolidate, restructure or create — into the Recommendations backlog.
Drilling in
You can open a specific campaign to see its diagnosis in detail. Structural recommendations always name the exact campaign so there is no ambiguity about what to change.
